Robert Francis Farrell

   Robert was a stonemason with the 
Pennsylvania Railroad Company.  His 
daughter at age 86, and having no 
records with her at the nursing home, 
was unable to provide specific dates 
for her parents.

   Additional data should be 
available from Kittanning newspaper 
files and from records at the 
Armstrong County Courthouse, also at 
Kittanning, PA.  At the time my wife 
and I were at the courthouse in 1978, 
access to it and some records were 
impeded by major repairs and re-
modeling then in progress.

   Robert's death was the result of 
a tragic accident, when he accidently 
stepped in the path of an oncoming 
train.
